    Darren Fulcher is the owner of The Fulcher Law Firm, P.C. located in Kansas City, Missouri. He practices primarily in the area of personal injury, general civil litigation. Darren began his professional career in 1992, serving as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Jon Gray, after his clerkship Darren worked as an associate for Gallas & Schultz, a commercial boutique litigation firm. While at Gallas & Schultz, Darren practiced primarily in their litigation department representing financial institutions. Darren has served as first chair in over 60 trials. Darren founded Fulcher Law in 2012.

    Darren has adeptly served as trial counsel for individuals, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Darren successfully defended Ford Motor Company at trial and then in the Court of Appeals against claims of violation of warranty claims under Magnuson-Moss Federal Statute; breach of express and implied warranties and violation of Kansas Consumer Protection Act. (Mark and Monesa Hemphill v. Ford Motor Co. et al) Recently, Mr. Fulcher was victorious in Bartusch v. Elkins in Clay County, Missouri, where he successfully defended Mr. Elkins on behalf of American Family Insurance Company. Additionally, Darren successfully defended Delmon Johnson in United States of America v. Rostie, et.,al; Mr. Johnson was the only defendant in a multi-count pharmaceutical conspiracy case not to be convicted.

    Darren is dedicated and committed to the well-being of Kansas City community. He has been active with the Youth Leadership Council, serving as a Mock Trial Coach. He graduated from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Citizen's Academy for Community Leaders. He previously served as a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, serving a second term as an elected council member of the Young Lawyers' section of the Missouri Bar. He also served as a member of the Lee's Summit Economic Advisory Committee.

    Darren graduated from Kansas University in 1992 (B.A. History) and from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1997.
